I do solemnly swear that I am over the age of 21; I am not a ward of any state or other miscellaneous governing entity. I am of able mind, sound body and fully cognizant/able to make logical decisions based on surrounding information in regards to my moral culpability. I am entering into this agreement, and “adventure cruise 2008” with “The Skipper,” voluntarily and willingly, knowing before-hand that he is NOT of able mind or sound body. I have not been coerced by him, his acknowledged ‘friends’ or any of his known associates. I understand that neither “The Skipper” nor any of his immediate family will profit from any and all things that I so choose to participate in while on this adventure cruise. I waive my right to bring action, legal or civil, against “The Skipper”, his family, and heirs due to any misconduct by him or his acknowledged ‘friends’ during this adventure cruise. Cruising is dangerous, and I acknowledge that this trip also is occurring during a known “Hurricane Season”. I agree to hold harmless “The Skipper” in any emergency situation that develops for actions he may, or may not, make in regards to my safety. If I am used as a ‘human shield’ to protect either “The Skipper” or the boat, I understand the intensity of making those decisions and again decline my right to bring action against “The Skipper.” I understand that nudity, sexual behavior and/or explicit conduct, and/or other forms of moral degradation (alcoholic beverage consumption) may occur during this adventure cruise. I agree to hold harmless any participants, including “The Skipper”, in any or all of the above mentioned ‘acts’ especially if I have chosen to become a willing participant in said ‘acts’. If I choose to NOT participate in these ‘acts’, I also hold harmless any other member of this adventure cruise from making harassing comments, gestures, or open handed contact. (i.e., someone “slapping the shit out of you”) I agree to; at all times enjoy the surroundings, smile constantly (even while assigned to latrine duty), and continually be aware of my surroundings/situation; and always help the person next to me. I will strive to be a useful member and ‘team player’ during the time spent with “The Skipper” on this adventure cruise. If not following the above rules I understand my cruise privileges may be suspended, at which time my swimming rights may be invoked. This
contract is binding between all parties and before/during/after all
